CANCELLATION

Due to the occurring of following inconsistency the Company can stop and cancel your orders.

• In any kind of inconsistency or conflict we can directly cancel the orders. There could be reasons of inconsistency or conflict to cancellation from our end that includes limitation of product in the inventory, mistake in pricing, found wrong information in the product etc. Apart from that SruthiLaya also has the right to check out any other additional information for the purpose of accepting the orders.
• If the company requires additional information before accepting the order, then the order might get cancel. In such cases the clients are informed about inconsistency.
• If you have placed the order online and want to cancel the order before shipment please make a request of cancellation of order to us. We will refund the entire amount to your bank account with the help of an appropriate payment mode within 30 days.

Return & Refund policy

• If you receive any defective and damaged jewellery from us, then immediately drop a mail to SruthiLaya at marketing@sruthilaya.com or Call us at +91 7995444559 (11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST 6 working days) to our well experienced customer support department along with the details of defective order number, order name, tracking number, jewellry images any other relevent pictures etc. We don't entertain any requests after 24 hours of delivery. We don't accept any exchanges or returns once the products are delivered. Any other repairs are servicable at an extra charge.

Lifetime Exchange

Sruthilaya offers a lifetime exchange on all our jewellery. If at any point of time you wish to Exchange or Upgrade the items, we will happily provide you with an Exchange offer with following terms:

• Jewellery products consisting of studded Diamonds Exchange at 80% of current market value.
• Jewellery products with only of Gem stones Exchange at 70% of current market value
• Plain Gold Jewellery, unstudded products and Gold Coins Exchange at the prevailing rate of gold.
• Solitaire Diamonds Exchange at 90% of current market value, subject to a value limit of Rs.10,00,000/-.
• The current market value will be determined by @Sruthilaya.
