Job Summary:
Sruthi Laya Fine Jewellery is a leading jewellery brand specializing in exquisite and high-quality jewellery pieces. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Management:- - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the jewellery industry or a similar luxury goods sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation:Develop innovative and original jewellery designs that cater to our target market and align with the brand's vision and style. This includes conceptualizing designs, sketching, rendering, and creating prototypes.
2. Market Research:Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and techniques in the jewellery industry. Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, emerging design trends, and competitive offerings.
3. Collaboration:Collaborate with gemologists, craftsmen, and other team members to ensure the feasibility and practicality of designs. Work closely with production teams to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure design integrity is maintained.
4. Design Presentation:Prepare detailed design presentations, including sketches, CAD renderings, and 3D models, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions as required.
5. Quality Control:Ensure the quality and craftsmanship of the final products meet the brand's high standards. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the manufacturing process and provide guidance to the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:A bachelor's degree in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a jewellery designer, preferably in a high-end or luxury jewellery brand, is highly desirable.
2. Design Skills:Proficiency in jewellery design software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software and industry-specific design tools. Strong sketching and rendering abilities to effectively communicate design ideas.
3. Knowledge of Materials and Techniques:Deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery manufacturing techniques. Familiarity with stone setting, casting, engraving, and other jewellery production processes.
4. Creativity and Attention to Detail:A keen eye for aesthetics, design composition, and attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and produce unique, innovative designs that captivate and inspire.
5. Market Awareness:Up-to-date knowledge of current jewellery trends, market demands, and consumer preferences. Ability to translate market insights into appealing and commercially viable designs.
